^ Current Value: Assumes a sale on June 30, 2022 based on 2022 Net Operating Income (NOI) budget at cap rates ranging from 4.00% – 7.50% depending on the asset quality, tenancy, and location, as is the industry standard to use the year-forward NOI to calculate value. Fund III, Fund IV, Kimpact, Fund VI, and Fund VIII asset values are the total project value based on the 2022 Fair Value analysis, updated for activity observed in the current year. For Credit Strategies, the current value equals the outstanding value of the mortgage investments as provided by a third party. For sold assets, the actual sales price is used.
