Job Summary:

The Investment Coordinator at Kairos Investment Management Company will support the Investor Relations team with administrative duties related to capital raising, relationship management, marketing, and other miscellaneous duties. This role will report to the Investment Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research investor markets and investor types to create target sales lists
  • Meeting preparation including investor research, preparation of briefing materials, coordination of presentation materials, and management of logistics
  • Meeting follow up including preparation of follow up materials, emails, notes, tasks, and CRM entries
  • Provide support for conferences, investor events, and sponsorship activities
  • Manage communications (email, phone, text) providing key information and/or answering general requests from investors
  • Support the creation and maintenance of investor materials and communications (Fund notices, investor updates, presentations, flyers, DDQs, thought pieces, etc.)
  • Maintain and audit internal CRM system (Juniper Square)
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting/calendar coordination, and other administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years+ experience in administrative or office support role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Skilled at prioritizing projects and assignments and shifting focus when necessary
  • Unafraid to ask questions
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and learn on the job. Eager to go the “extra-mile”
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team; readily assists others
  • Full time on-site/in-office role

The annual U.S. based wage range for this full-time position is $55,000 – $70,000 annually. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience and will take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of health & wellness benefits.
