Kairos Investment Management Company (“Kairos”) is pleased to announce the hiring of Diana Yang as Managing Director of Investor Relations.
Ms. Yang brings a wealth of experience in institutional capital formation and investing. She will lead the Investor Relations team to manage the firm’s strategic growth and capital formation across all the firm’s various private equity, credit and impact strategies.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Yang to Kairos. Her extensive expertise in real estate and capital formation will be instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and elevating our institutional platform to new heights,” said Carl Chang, Kairos’ Chief Executive Officer.
Diana Yang joins Kairos from BlackRock where she served as an investor and senior product and business development strategist. She joined BlackRock’s private markets real estate business to invest on behalf of commingled and discretionary funds and accounts. Ms. Yang was most recently responsible for product development, business development and capital formation for the firm’s flagship private markets social impact strategy, BlackRock Impact Opportunities (“BIO”). In addition, Ms. Yang launched and led the strategy’s dedicated co-invest program, offering opportunities to clients and prospects alike. Ms. Yang served as BlackRock Women’s Initiative Network’s Los Angeles head.
