Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of marketing projects in support of the Investor Relations team. The role will ensure brand integrity across multiple channels and support marketing initiatives that maintain favorable brand reputation and increase brand awareness. Such programs include but are not limited to the following: website, public relations, internal and external collateral production, investor notices/communications, and RFP and DDQ responses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Investor Relations team and Senior Management to develop effective communication strategies
  • Develop cohesive brand and style for internal and external collateral
  • Maintain and update company website
  • Prepare select Investor notices and other communications
  • Produce collateral including, but not limited to, investor presentations, fact sheets, deal highlights, and impact reports
  • Implement and maintain an RFP management system and respond to RFPs, DDQs, and other investor inquiries ensuring that responses are submitted clearly, concisely, and within compliance requirements
  • Help plan and execute investor roadshows, conference participation, sponsorship opportunities, and investor events
  • Develop and implement the company’s content strategy (articles, press releases, and other content). Improve brand awareness through this approach with SEO in mind.
  • Develop and implement the company’s social media strategy
  • Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with key players including 3rd party vendors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Financial services and real estate background preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Team player
  • Experience across the Microsoft Office suite and with website design/publishing programs

The annual U.S. based wage range for this full-time position is $85,000-$115,000. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience take into account internal equity.  Other forms of pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of health & wellness benefits.
