Amy Grey joined Kairos in 2025 as a Director – Commercial Asset Management. Ms. Grey is responsible for executing investment strategies for the firm’s portfolio of commercial assets.

Ms. Grey has 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in asset management, portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Grey was Director of Asset Management for Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC and was responsible for the asset and property management functions for all the Brookwood properties located in the United States. In this capacity, she managed all property and asset management staff, established standardized policies and procedures and best practices, and worked with all asset managers to implement each property’s strategic business plan. Ms. Grey started her career in commercial real estate as an Associate at TA Associates Realty, a Boston-based real estate investment management firm and was involved in the financing and acquisition of commercial real estate investments.

Ms. Grey is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Suffolk University.
