Anastasia Russell joined Kairos in 2024 and currently serves as an Investment Manager, Commercial Asset Management. Her primary responsibilities include managing a national portfolio of commercial assets as well as providing support for the investment management team.

Ms. Russell has extensive experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and corporate finance. Before joining Kairos, Ms. Russell was an asset manager at Goldrich Kest, where she managed a portfolio of multifamily properties totaling over 4,000 units across the West Coast. With a focus on maximizing property performance, she excels in financial modeling, business planning, and team leadership.

Prior to Goldrich Kest, Ms. Russell was an asset management associate at AEW Capital Management, where she managed a diverse portfolio of multifamily, industrial, office, and retail properties totaling over $500 million in assets under management. Her responsibilities included cash flow modeling, competitive market analysis, and budget preparation.

Ms. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate from San Diego State University.
