Anita Rodriguez joined Kairos in 2019 and currently serves as the Impact Program Director. Ms. Rodriguez leads the implementation of internal programs and initiatives to further develop, pilot, and measure programs and initiatives for multifamily properties in Kairos’ impact strategy. Some examples of these environmental, and social programs and services include, but are not limited to: education and outreach programs, financial literacy, career development, health and nutrition programs, water conservation, energy efficiency, and waste reduction improvements.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Rodriguez spent 17 years in the nonprofit sector developing programming and raising much-needed funding for worthy causes like HomeAid Orange County, the Alzheimer’s Family Services Center, and the American Cancer Society.

Ms. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
