Anna Hoang joined Kairos in 2024 as a Senior Tax Accountant. Mrs. Hoang is responsible for assisting with Federal, State, and Local tax compliance and coordinating with external parties and service providers.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hoang served as a Tax Senior at Deloitte, LP in the Real Estate tax group for four years, focusing on the Real Estate and Private Equity industry. Ms. Hoang has extensive experience with Joint Ventures and passthrough entities, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of complex tax structures. Before transitioning to tax, Ms. Hoang worked as an accountant in both private and public accounting firms, gaining valuable insights and providing her skills across various financial domains.

Ms. Hoang earned her Master of Professional Accountancy degree from The University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Keuka College.  Additionally, Ms. Hoang is an active Enrolled Agent, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and staying current with tax regulations and practices.
