Aubrey Martin joined Kairos in 2022 as a Senior Investor Relations Analyst. She is responsible for reviewing and organizing subscription documentation, managing CRM, and collaborating with the investment reporting team to prepare and distribute investor correspondence across all of the firm’s strategies. Ms. Martin addresses investor, custodian, and wealth manager requests, updates and maintains marketing materials, and works closely with the compliance team to ensure the firm’s marketing materials have compliance approval. Ms. Martin also assists with event management for current and prospective investors.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Martin served as Senior Account Executive for all academic departments at Biola University in La Mirada, California. During her tenure, Ms. Martin was responsible for guiding marketing campaign strategy, leading regular client check-ins, and bringing the resources of University Marketing to bear on all program objectives across the university. Prior to her role in University Marketing, Ms. Martin worked as Account Executive and Fundraising Manager for Biola University. She was charged with managing the donor database, maximizing donor retention and sourcing initiatives, and executing targeted fundraising campaigns. Ms. Martin began her career in communications and investor relations for Laureate Wealth Management in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University.
