Beth Bermudez joined Kairos in 2022 as Treasury Manager.  Ms. Bermudez’ responsibilities include the implementation and enhancement of streamlined treasury processes to facilitate effective decision-making within the leadership team, meticulously aligning with corporate short- and long-term objectives.  She is instrumental in cultivating and managing relationships with banking and credit facilities, overseeing corporate cash positions, and optimizing cash management systems.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Bermudez served as Senior Treasury Analyst at Irvine Company, where her responsibilities encompassed a comprehensive range of financial tasks.  These included daily corporate cash position analysis, meticulous forecasting, precise cash flow management, proficient handling of wire transfers and nurturing banking relationships to ensure the seamless functioning of corporate bank accounts.  Her expertise was crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of financial operations. Prior to her time at Irvine Company, Ms. Bermudez served as Treasury Coordinator at Mission Viejo Company, where she managed daily cash flow needs.  In addition, she contributed to corporate income tax returns and coordinated real and personal property tax payments.

Ms. Bermudez earned her Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Rancho Santiago College.
