Blake Smuckler joined Kairos in 2025 as an Analyst ­— Investments focusing on value-add and affordable acquisitions, and credit investments. Mr. Smuckler’s core responsibilities include underwriting potential investments, preparing investment memoranda, and supporting the investment management team on new and existing assets.

Before joining Kairos, Mr. Smuckler held an internship position at Brookfield Properties where he focused on their United States Office portfolio in Manhattan. Prior to Brookfield properties, Mr. Smuckler was an intern at CBRE where he worked on the private capital multifamily Debt and Structured Finance team.

Mr. Smuckler earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance degree from the University of Arizona.
