Chantel Hibbard joined Kairos in 2022 as an Associate Investment Manager. Ms. Hibbard is focused on the firm’s multifamily asset management, bringing over a decade of multifamily property management experience. She has served in a variety of on-site and corporate level positions where she specialized in recovering underperforming properties, executing value add performance strategies, and managing the progress and completion of an array of capital improvements projects in excess of $2 million.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Hibbard served as Director of Operations at American Property Management based in Bellevue, WA. She was responsible for the operational integrity of a multifamily portfolio consisting of 19 apartment communities totaling 4,000 units including value-add, conventional, senior affordable, LIHTC, and lease-up communities throughout the West Coast.

In 2022, Ms. Hibbard was elected Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Colinas de Capistrano Community Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from University of California, Davis, where she was also a member of the Division 1 Gymnastics Team.
