David Dogterom joined Kairos in 2025 as Project Manager – Construction. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the firm’s assets  and execution of  primarily multifamily and commercial projects, including capital expenditure, plumbing retrofit, and unit renovations.

Mr. Dogterom brings over 10 years of experience in commercial and multifamily construction project management. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Project Manager at Graves Construction and was responsible for their senior living division.

Prior to Graves Construction he led commercial construction projects for national retailers with Austin Jones Corp., Prior to Austin Jones Corp. he was with Ross Construction Management, where he managed large-scale reconstruction projects for homeowners associations throughout Orange County.

Mr. Dogterom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Vanguard University in Southern California.
