Garret Billhofer joined Kairos in 2024 as an Analyst – Investments focusing on the firm’s acquisition, asset management, disposition, and refinancing efforts.  Mr. Billhofer’s core responsibilities include underwriting potential investments, conducting market research, performing financial analysis and supporting the due diligence process.

Before joining Kairos, Mr. Billhofer was a Real Estate Private Equity Analyst with Harbor Associates, an institutionally led office and industrial operator. There, he contributed to over $190M in acquisitions and dispositions. He also supported the asset management team on a portfolio exceeding one billion dollars. Prior to Harbor Associates, Mr. Billhofer interned at JLL on their Debt and Structured Finance team.

Mr. Billhofer graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a minor in Real Property Development.
