Garrett Quan joined Kairos in 2025 as a Manager – Fund Accounting. Mr. Quan’s responsibilities include managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with fund internal controls, managing fund accounting team members, fund financial reporting, and external audits.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Quan was an Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young in Irvine where he served a variety of publicly traded and privately held clients, including Real Estate Investment Trusts, funds, and management companies.

Mr. Quan is a Certified Public accountant and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.d
