Jaimy Tran joined Kairos in 2023 as a Senior Accountant – Corporate. Ms. Tran’s responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, funding accounting, cash activities and day to day accounting processes.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Tran was a Senior Accountant at KBS Real Estate Investments overseeing BI/TI construction costs, lease reviews, monthly financial reports, deposition of sold assets and acquisition of new assets. Prior to KBS, Ms. Tran was a Senior Fund Accountant with Douglas Emmett overseeing the financial reporting for 13 properties on a monthly basis. Ms. Tran has over 10 years of experience in investment accounting and 5 years in property management accounting.

Ms. Tran earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.
