Enterprise Support Technician

James Shields joined Kairos in 2021 as an Enterprise Support Technician where he supports and maintains the company’s computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. His core responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.

Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Shields worked as a Desktop Support Technician for Pacific Life, Senior Desktop Support for KIA Motors USA, and Network Administrator at Crescent Healthcare. Mr. Shields brings 25 years of IT experience and background to the Kairos team.

Mr. Shields has IT certifications from Microsoft and CompTIA.
