Jeff Duke joined Kairos in 2024 as a Senior Director – Financial Planning & Analysis.  Mr. Duke is responsible for leading all financial reporting including external and internal financial reporting, investor reporting, and investor account statement preparation. Additionally, he leads the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) department in fund and asset valuations in conjunction with other departments, investment performance analysis, and various financial modeling and strategic planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Duke was the Director of FP&A at Pacific Oak Capital Advisors and its predecessor KBS Realty Advisors, sponsors of real estate investment trusts invested in institutional-quality commercial real estate, where he was responsible for various financial reporting for the Board of Directors, management, investors, and lenders. Mr. Duke also led the FP&A department and was a key contributor to multiple bond issuances in excess of $500 million. Prior to KBS Realty Advisors, Mr. Duke was a Regional Accounting Manager for Standard Pacific Homes and worked in financial accounting at various private companies. Mr. Duke began his career as a financial statement auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Duke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Duke is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
