Executive Assistant

Jennifer Loya joined Kairos in 2022 as Executive Assistant to the CEO.  Ms. Loya also provides administrative support to the other C-level executives, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. She effectively partners with and oversees other executive assistants and receptionists in order to provide seamless coverage for the team as a whole. Ms. Loya is also responsible for providing office support and implementing and maintaining office procedures and systems.

Ms. Loya has an extensive background in administration, management, and finance with over nine years of experience. Prior to joining Kairos, she was a Finance Manager at a mobile home financing company.

Ms. Loya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton.
