Kevin Zhu joined Kairos in 2021 as an FP&A Analyst. Mr. Zhu’s primary responsibilities include preparing quarterly investor reports, performance reports, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Zhu was a Property Accountant for SmartStop Self Storage REIT where he was responsible for account reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, and variance reports of self-storage properties. Mr. Zhu also played an integral role on SmartStop’s treasury team where he took charge of cash flow management and maintaining bank relations.

Mr. Zhu earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
