Lea Beasley joined Kairos in 2023 as an Investment Director with a focus on multifamily asset management. Ms. Beasley has over 30 years of multifamily property management experience. Her experience includes working with private and public organizations and managing relationships with both private and institutional investors. Additionally, she has extensive experience with management acquisitions and depositions, as well as involvement with over $100 million of property improvements.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Beasley served as the Director of Operations at Investment Property Group in Irvine, CA. She was responsible for the operations of 45 multifamily and manufactured housing properties, totaling 8,100 units and spaces. Her management experience includes conventional, senior, project-based, and LIHTC properties throughout the United States.

For 14 years, Ms. Beasley was a board member and active participant of National Charity League, Newport Chapter, which supports several charities throughout Orange County. She continues to volunteer at various organizations, including Magical Builders.

Ms. Beasley holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California. Additionally, she is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate and is currently a Certified Property Management candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
