Leticia Guerrero joined Kairos in 2023 and currently serves as an Investment Coordinator. Ms. Guerrero is responsible for providing support to the asset management team. These responsibilities include the transmittal of documents, vendor correspondence, and providing administrative support.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Guerrero worked at a mobile home financing company as a Title and Escrow Coordinator, where she worked with titling agencies to ensure title and insurance requirements and property tax were accurately processed for over 900 accounts nationwide.
