Linda Chen joined Kairos in 2024 as Vice President of Investor Relations to lead the firm’s investor relations initiatives, manage the operations team, and support business development across the firm’s debt, equity and impact-oriented strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Chen served as Investor Relations Director at Starcity, a VC-backed PropTech firm based in San Francisco, CA. At Starcity, she managed the firm’s capital relationships including VC, institutional, high net worth and family office investors and contributed in the close of a $30M Series B fundraising round.

Before joining Starcity, Mrs. Chen oversaw Investor Relations at Thor Equities, a New York-based private equity real estate firm with $20B assets under management. At Thor, she managed 700+ high net worth and family office investors with a combined capital of $600M.

Mrs. Chen began her career at Morgan Stanley as one of 10 analysts nationwide to have been selected for the Branch Analyst Program in New York.

Mrs. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, having graduated cum laude with honors from the University of South Carolina.
