Manuel Balderrabano joined Kairos in 2022 and currently serves as Investment Director of Commercial Equity Originations. Mr. Balderrabano is focused on expanding the commercial real estate platform.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Balderrabano served as Vice President of Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) for the Pacific Southwest Region. He was responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of over 12 million square feet, including leasing, deal production, property level strategy execution, redevelopment and investments with the goal of increasing Net Operating Income and Net Asset Value growth. Prior to Kimco Realty, Mr. Balderrabano served as CFO for O’Donnell, a full service, value-add industrial real estate developer based in Mexico City, was an Associate Vice President of Finance for Robeco Investment Management, and held various finance positions at Altria, Inc (NYSE: MO).

Mr. Balderrabano holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
