Michael Kirby joined Kairos in 2022 as FP&A Manager. Mr. Kirby’s primary responsibilities include managing quarterly investor reports, performance indicators and analytics, accounting policy, audits, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kirby was a Senior Fund Accountant for LBA Realty where he was responsible for quarterly joint venture financial statement preparation and performance reporting, REIT compliance, fund and joint venture cash flow management and analysis, and ad-hoc portfolio forecasting and analysis. Mr. Kirby also played an integral role on LBA Realty’s transaction team where he helped facilitate the closing of individual and portfolio industrial acquisitions.

Mr. Kirby earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nevada Reno.
