Natalia Santana joined Kairos in 2024 as an Associate – Asset Management. Her primary responsibilities include multifamily asset management and supporting the investment management team.

With over 13 years of experience in multifamily assets and operations management, Ms. Santana brings expertise in acquisitions, financial analysis, capital planning, and asset and operations management. She also has experience working closely with lenders, managing loan requirements, and ensuring compliance with financial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Asset Manager with Next Wave Investors, where she managed a diverse portfolio of assets in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on investor relations, capital improvements, financial analysis, and operations management. Prior to that, she worked at Douglas Emmett, specializing in financial analysis, reporting and operations management in the multifamily sector.
