Navi Mahal joined Kairos in 2025 as Vice President – Transactions, bringing over a decade of institutional commercial real estate experience. Mr. Mahal focuses on the firm’s transaction activities in support of its investment strategies and portfolio objectives.

Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Mahal was with global investment firm Sixth Street Partners, where he played a key role in executing real estate and private capital investments across the firm’s U.S. private markets platform. Previously, he served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, where he led transaction execution for the firm’s real estate equity and credit platforms within the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) division. During his tenure at Goldman, he closed over $5 billion in transactions across all major real estate asset classes.

Mr. Mahal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a specialization in International Issues and Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
