Human Resources Manager
Nicole Pyle joined Kairos in 2021 as Human Resource Manager. Ms. Pyle is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing administration/enhancement of policies and procedures for the entire company. Ms. Pyle also ensures the company complies with State/Federal employment law. Furthermore, Ms. Pyle provides training, consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of HR solutions for personnel, corporate development, administration, and operations. Ms. Pyle manages responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits, compensation, competitor benchmarking, employee development, employee relations, employer law compliance, HRIS, onboarding, payroll, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, training, and worker’s compensation insurance.
Ms. Pyle is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate/Financial Industry. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at various real estate companies throughout Orange County, California. Over the years, Ms. Pyle’s experience has provided her with the opportunity to work in all areas of Human Resources.
Ms. Pyle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business and Recreation Management from Arizona State University.
