Onisim Ologeanu joined Kairos in 2022 and currently serves as an IT Help Desk Technician. In this role, Mr. Ologeanu is responsible for overseeing the general day-to-day IT needs in alignment with established policies and procedures, encompassing both hardware and software domains. Mr. Ologeanu collaborates closely with the IT Director to maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot computer and network systems.

Prior to his tenure at Kairos, Mr. Ologeanu accumulated extensive experience in IT support and consulting roles, including positions with a managed service provider (MSP). Mr. Ologeanu has worked with firms adhering to strict NIST and HIPAA guidelines, as well as small non-profit businesses, managing numerous clients with complex IT environments and infrastructures.

Mr. Ologeanu holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology with a concentration in CyberSecurity from California State University, San Bernardino.
