Quang Vu joined Kairos in 2025 as Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis. Mr. Vu supports fund and investment-level performance reporting, REIT capital forecasting, and internal return modeling. His work includes investment performance analysis, quarterly valuations, financial modeling, and strategic planning in conjunction with other departments.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vu served as a Manager in Finance & Investment Analytics for OCVIBE, a 100-acre, ground-up mixed-use sports and entertainment district that is anchored around the Honda Center. In this role, Mr. Vu was responsible for capital forecast reporting as well as strategic financial planning. Prior to joining OCVIBE, Mr. Vu served as an Associate at Westcore Properties.  He was responsible for hold/sell analysis, investor reporting, quarterly valuations, P&L analysis, and developed property-level business plans. Mr. Vu began his career in private equity fund operations at TPG Capital, focusing on performance reporting.

Mr. Vu earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in International Studies – Economics from University of California, San Diego.
