Sara (Cao) Antos joined Kairos in 2025 as a Vice President – Investor Relations. Ms. Antos is responsible for supporting the firm’s strategic growth, investor relations, capital formation efforts, and operational initiatives across the firm’s various private equity, credit, and impact strategies.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Antos was a vice president at TPG. Her responsibilities included capital formation, investor relations, and new product development for TPG Real Estate across its private equity and credit strategies. Prior to joining TPG, Ms. Antos was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in New York in the Global Energy Group, where she advised on and executed M&A and corporate finance transactions for power, utilities, and renewables businesses.

Ms. Antos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
