Thomas Porter joined Kairos in 2025 as an Associate – Investor Relations. Investor Relations Associate. Mr. Porter is responsible for supporting investor communications, operational initiatives, and capital formation efforts across the firm’s equity, credit, and impact strategies.

Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Porter served as a junior client advisor at Whittier Trust, the oldest multi-family office headquartered on the West Coast.  There, he provided comprehensive wealth management services to ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions. Prior to Whittier Trust, he served as an underwriting analyst intern at Sundance Bay, a real estate investment firm in Utah, where he underwrote $1.5 billion in potential multi-family acquisitions.

Mr. Porter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in Advanced Financial Analysis.
