Vincent Ding joined Kairos in 2024 as an Accountant – Fund. Mr. Ding is responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall financial operations, including managing capital calls and distributions, processing fund transactions, and assisting with various projects.

Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Ding was a Financial Service Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young where he gained exposure to a variety of alternative investment managers and funds. He also has corporate accounting experience in real estate asset management and construction.

Mr. Ding is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and earned a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of California, Irvine.
