William Andrew joined Kairos in 2025 as an Asset Manager. His primary responsibilities include multifamily asset management, as well as providing analytical and operational support to the investment management team.

Before joining Kairos, Mr. Andrew was an Associate of Acquisitions at Benedict Canyon Equities, where he managed the underwriting and due diligence process for over $1 billion in multifamily transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Asset Manager at JRK Property Holdings, directing operations and value add strategies for a portfolio of multifamily communities across the eastern and southeastern United States.

Mr. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and completed a Certificate in Robotics and Intelligent Systems.
