Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Zayna Abdul-Muntaqim joined Kairos in 2023 as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. Ms. Abdul-Muntaqim is responsible for all office and administrative duties related to the front desk at Kairos. She records and maintains office expenses and sorts, distributes, and dispatches the mail daily. She is also responsible for coordinating internal and external events as needed.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Abdul-Muntaqim worked in residential real estate sales helping buyers, sellers, and renters reach their home goals. She ensured that the transaction process was transparent, stress-free, and that her clients received exceptional resources. She has experience coordinating listing and escrow processes, managing transaction coordination, marketing, and outside vendors and events efficiently, in consideration with client’s needs.

In 2021, Ms. Abdul-Muntaqim earned her Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate. Additionally, she holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a Certificate of Achievement and Proficiency in Real Estate Sales from Irvine Valley College.
