Baldric Bermudez joined Kairos in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate Investment Manager. His primary responsibilities include multifamily asset management as well as providing support for the investment management team.

Mr. Bermudez has extensive experience in commercial real estate, specializing in asset management, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bermudez was a senior analyst at CIM Group, supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis team. His primary responsibilities included developing fund cash flow models and monitoring asset level reforecasts. Prior to CIM Group, Mr. Bermudez served as a senior equity analyst at Bellwether Asset Management. His core responsibilities included day to day asset management, oversight of property management, underwriting, dispositions, and investor reporting. Mr. Bermudez began his career in public accounting.

Mr. Bermudez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
