Briana Succop is Senior Investment Director at Kairos. Ms. Succop joined Kairos in 2023 to oversee the strategic business development initiatives and lead the firm’s capital formation across its debt, equity and impact-oriented strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Succop was a Managing Director for the Private Alternatives platform at AllianceBernstein (AB) where she helped oversee business development efforts in North America, South America, and Australia. She first joined AB in 2020 as a real estate product specialist on the Private Alternatives Business Development team, responsible for leading the continued growth and expansion of AB’s platform of real estate private alternatives products and services on a global basis. This included oversight of AB’s first private REIT launched onto AB’s private wealth platform, the capital raise of AB’s most recent US Commercial Real Estate Debt Fund, various separate account mandates, and the launch of AB’s European Commercial Real Estate Debt business all raising a total of over $4.5 billion for the platform.
Before joining AB, Ms. Succop worked on the Investor Relations team at Harrison Street from 2019 until 2020, where she focused primarily on consultant relations. From 2017 to 2019, she was a Vice President at Abacus Capital Group, running global business development and investor relations. Prior to that, Ms. Succop served as a Vice President at Covenant Capital Group, an Assistant Portfolio Manager at The Townsend Group and an Associate at KeyBank.
Ms. Succop holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, with concentrations in Finance and Economics, from Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College, and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Real Estate Development and Finance from Cleveland State University. She also currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Sexual Assault Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
