ChienHo Lin joined Kairos in 2019 and currently serves as Senior Design and Project Manager. Mr. Lin’s responsibilities focus on the firm’s office, industrial, multi-family, and retail construction projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lin was a Design Program Manager for Starbucks. where he was responsible for the design and project management for new stores in the Los Angeles and Central California regions. Prior to Starbucks, Mr. Lin was a Design Manager for Pieology Pizzeria, where he managed design and construction projects, and design standardization of company and franchise stores. Mr. Lin has over 20 years of design and project management experience in retail food, corporate, multifamily and distribution facilities.

Mr. Lin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Arts with an emphasis in Interior Design from San Diego State University.
