Cody Lo joined Kairos in 2022 as a Senior Investment Analyst. Mr. Lo’s primary responsibilities include research and analysis of the acquisition, disposition, and refinancing activities of the firm’s Investment Management Team.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lo served as Senior Investment Analyst on the acquisitions team of IRA Capital where he specialized in the acquisition of both stabilized and opportunistic projects. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Lo worked on the industrial and office asset management teams of PGIM Real Estate and portfolio management teams of PIMCO.

Mr. Lo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Lo is a CFA^® charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Orange County.
