Cory Mellody joined Kairos as a Senior Investment Analyst on the Asset Management team. Mr. Mellody’s responsibility is to support Asset Management on the Kairos Multi-Family and Commercial real estate portfolios.

Mr. Mellody has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate specializing in asset management, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Mellody was a Senior Financial Analyst at Province West supporting the principals and sales teams. Mr. Mellody’s primary responsibilities included finding land development opportunities and meeting with developers and builders.

Prior to Province West, Mr. Mellody was a Financial Analyst supporting the asset management teams at Dornin Investment Group and then more recently at DPI Retail. Mr. Mellody’s responsibilities included financial planning and analysis, leasing, tenant relations, and property management.

Mr. Mellody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton, and he continues to volunteer in the Real Estate and Entrepreneurship departments mentoring and coaching current students.
