Eric Kim joined Kairos in 2024 as an Accounting Manager. Mr. Kim’s primary responsibilities include managing fund accounting, consolidated reporting, and audits.

Prior to joining Kairos, Mr. Kim was an Accounting Manager at Pacific Oak Capital where he managed fund and corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for their real estate portfolio. Prior to Pacific Oak Capital, Mr. Kim was in the audit department at KPMG, a public accounting firm, with exposure to a wide variety of industries in both public and private sectors including real estate funds, asset management, and manufacturing.

Mr. Kim is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.
