Fabiola Villaneda joined Kairos in 2022 as a Transaction Manager with a focus on the firm’s acquisitions, dispositions, and financing efforts.

Prior to joining Kairos, Ms. Villaneda began her career as a realtor and has over 18 years of real estate experience with an extensive history in the multifamily industry. Over the past 12 years, Ms. Villaneda built a successful track record at Steadfast Companies, where she was instrumental in the due diligence and transaction management for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing in multifamily affordable and conventional transactions totaling over $5B in acquisitions, $1B in dispositions, and $3B in financing. Outside of the office, Ms. Villaneda previously served as a board member at Thomas House Family Shelter and associated with Isaiah House, Project Access and Orange County Rescue Mission driving positive change in her community.

Ms. Villaneda earned her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Mount Saint Mary’s University and is fluent in Spanish.
