Hyosung Kang (HK) joined Kairos in 2024 as an Investment Director. HK focuses on the firm’s core plus and value strategies, sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, as well as developing and expanding new relationships with partners and brokers.

Prior to joining Kairos, HK was a Senior Director of Acquisitions at Benedict Canyon Equities (BCE), where he led the acquisition team in sourcing, evaluating, underwriting and due diligence. During his tenure, HK directed the acquisition and execution of over $2.5 billion in multifamily properties, comprising over 10,000 units and played a key role in the expansion of BCE’s platform.

HK earned his Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
