Katie Chang joined Kairos in 2023 as an Associate Investment Manager focusing on the firm’s value and impact strategies. Ms. Chang supports the firm’s acquisition, disposition and refinancing efforts, including deal sourcing, underwriting, and asset management.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chang was a Rotational Analyst on the Asset Management and Special Servicing teams at Rialto Capital. Her core responsibilities included underwriting portfolio performance and monitoring exposure, communicating and executing loan workout strategies, and managing and facilitating the disposition of Real Estate Owned.

Ms. Chang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University.
