Priscilla Zhang is a Senior Tax Accountant and joined Kairos in 2022. Ms. Zhang’s responsibilities include assisting with Federal, State / Local income tax compliance, tax notices, tax research, and coordinating tax process among various service providers.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zhang served as Tax Supervisor at Marcum LLP and her main responsibilities included review of Federal and State filings including workpapers, extensions, returns as well as quarterly estimates. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang was a Tax Senior at BDO USA, LLP in the Financial Services practice with emphasis on Venture Capital and Private Equity Industries. Her main responsibilities included reviewing Federal and State income tax workpapers and partnership tax returns, assisting with finalization of tax extensions, projections, and year-end engagement budgets/billing. She was also involved in conducting on-boarding trainings of new hires, tax staff, and interns.

Ms. Zhang earned her Master of Professional Accountancy degree from The University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from Beijing International Studies University.
