Treasury Manager, Full Time

KIMC is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team. An ideal candidate will be part of a fast paced and dynamic finance team within a growing organization in the investment management industry. This role requires a driven team-player with a positive and proactive attitude, excellent organization, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. This role will contribute to the success of the organization by providing timely and accurate analysis and oversight of treasury operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and update of cash balances reporting and forecasting
  • Monitor wire request email account for pending wire requests and required approval documentation
  • Timely and accurate processing of approved cash transfers, internally and externally
  • Processing of capital call requests from investments
  • Processing of approved distributions to investors
  • Oversight of bank account maintenance to ensure proper users have access to proper modules within external banking platforms. Set up new users
  • Assist financial reporting with quarterly and annual lender financial reporting requirements
  • Complete coding of corporate credit card submissions
  • Reconciliation of multiple escrow account balances for Fund investments
  • Assist with lender covenant tracking and reporting
  • Maintenance of cash distribution reports for amounts received from investments
  • Processing of intercompany payments and receipts
  • Review document history (test for duplicate payments, coding inconsistencies, duplicate commitments, etc.)
  • Assist investment accounting, as needed and available
  • Coordinate with tax department on correct processing of required tax and withholding payments
  • Work with external auditors, as needed
  • Ensure check stock, security envelopes, and bank account supplies are maintained
  • Ad-hoc projects, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience with GAAP financial statement reporting and footnote preparation
  • Prefer at least five (5) years experience with diversified, dynamic organizations. Ability to accurately process a high volume of transactions in an efficient manner
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Critical thinking, financial analysis, and strong organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team construct
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with great ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Able to communicate timely, professionally and cross-functionally
  • Excellent business references
